Everyone starts somewhere, but your journey depends on who is along for the ride. I’ll meet you where you are and help you get where you’re going, faster than you would on your own…without adding to your overwhelm.
I know you wear a lot of hats. I know you have a lot on your mind. And I know what it feels like to have multiple competing priorities…the kids in your programs, the kids who live in your home, your school or organization, your significant other…and to feel like there’s little, if anything, left for you. How do I know?
Because I’ve been there.
And I was able to help myself out of that situation.
I want you to feel in control, but also supported.
You need to be the director of your program and not its servant.
You need to be your program’s mastermind instead of fill-in staff.

Officially, what I do is called program evaluation. However, a strong evaluator delivers so much more than that. I’ve been called a professional problem-solver, reporting harbor pilot, and program success coach. My work is grounded in your program, your stakeholders, and YOU. When my clients have to report on their program or respond to stakeholder inquiries or promote their success, I’m the first person they call.
I am not a one-time deal. I’m in this for the long haul. I believe in the logical, practical, and clear. Because amazing success does not happen overnight. It takes work, time, commitment, and energy.
